- Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: Onsite in beautiful New Braunfels, TX
- Duration: 4–5 Month Temp Contract
- The Mission: Ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining total compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Experience: At least 3 years of payroll experience, specifically handling multi-state processing.
- Education: An Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business is required (Bachelor’s preferred), though we value equivalent work experience!
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with complex payroll systems and reporting tools.
- Compliance Mindset: You know the ins and outs of FLSA and regulatory requirements.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (meeting insurance requirements).

Responsibilities
- Auditing & Accuracy: Reviewing timekeeping data and employee records to ensure everything aligns with company policy.
- Data Management: Entering and verifying complex data for new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
- Problem Solving: Serving as the go-to resource for employee inquiries regarding taxes, deductions, and pay discrepancies.
- Compliance Leadership: Staying ahead of the curve on wage and hour laws, FLSA, and multi-state regulations.
- Reporting: Preparing and reconciling essential reports for HR, Accounting, and Management teams.
