- Drive Vendor Success: Champion strong partnerships by resolving inquiries and reconciling statements with a customer-centric approach.
- Analyze & Report: Master the month-end close process, reconciling subledgers and generating aging reports to provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of system integrity and compliance, playing a key role in supporting internal controls and audits.
- Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite is a plus.
- Precision Mindset: Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining documentation integrity.
