The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• A proven ability to thrive in a high-volume communication environment across phone and email.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a proactive sense of urgency.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year



Responsibilities

• Drive sales operations by cultivating new partnerships and re-engaging inactive accounts.
  
  
• Conduct outbound calls to build client rapport and secure new business opportunities.
  
  
• Support field visits to identify prospects and deepen existing client relationships.
  
  
• Research and develop high-quality leads through targeted cold and warm outreach.
  
  
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and acquisition goals.
  
  
• Engage in industry events and remain current on market trends and product innovations.
  
  
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead activity and pipeline progress within the CRM.
