Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for all applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring a professional, engaging experience.
- Process Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, conduct reference checks, and manage background screenings.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process and coordinate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Sourcing Skills: Advanced ability to identify talent using modern recruitment tools, platforms, and networking techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and standard recruitment regulations.

As a Contract Recruiter II, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and facilitate the selection process to ensure the organization attracts top talent. Functions: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other stages of the selection process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
