Responsibilities
- Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections on metal and rubber parts.
- Utilize precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
- Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and assist in root-cause analysis.
- Verify material certifications and hardness testing for specialized metal alloys.
