Responsibilities
- Fleet Oversight: Perform daily floor checks across the plant to maintain and monitor 30 Ricoh multi-function devices.
- Production Printing: Operate the print production center, ensuring all high-volume copy and imaging jobs meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of print details and "key-op" (key operator) maintenance logs.
- Site Operations: Manage daily mailroom, courier, and shipping/receiving tasks.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary face of the service, handling daily formal contact with the customer and providing monthly data reports.
- Facility Support: Monitor contractors, inspect facilities, and coordinate conference room A/V setups as needed.
