Responsibilities
Mail & Package Logistics
- Distribution: Execute full-scale mail services, including scheduled mail runs to designated floors.
- Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently process all inbound and outbound packages and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Data Tracking: Log and track all mail activity to ensure accurate data for corporate reporting.
- Print Operations: Review electronic files for print readiness and operate high-volume digital printing equipment.
- Finishing Services: Perform professional document finishing, including binding, punching, assembling, and laminating.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous pre-delivery checks to ensure all products meet professional standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance on office hardware to minimize downtime.
- Inventory: Manage supply orders and coordinate service calls for corporate fax machines and office equipment.
