Responsibilities
- Payment Application: Process incoming payments (ACH, wire, check) and accurately applying them to outstanding customer accounts.
- Aging Report: Monitor the Accounts Receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
- Dispute Resolution: Research and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with sales teams and communicating directly with customers.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of the A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Collections: Maintain a professional approach to collections activities with b2b customers.
