Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Generalist/Consultant: Provide dedicated HR support for the Advisory team, filling in for permanent team members during leaves of absence.
- Employee Relations: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including professional conduct, ethics, and compliance matters.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance conversations and support the mid-year and annual evaluation cycles; provide coaching to partners on how to deliver difficult feedback.
- Administrative Guidance: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding immigration, leaves of absence (LOA), and corporate policy.
- Strategic Planning: Assist with budget analysis and workforce planning, such as determining intern-to-associate conversion rates.
- Offboarding: Manage the sensitive process of employee terminations and departures with high levels of empathy and professionalism.
