- Job Title: Call Center Representative
- Departments: English Only and English/Spanish Department.
- Contract to Hire based on performance/attendance.
- HYBRID, Locations: Irving, TX 75063; Henrietta NY 14586; Oxford MS 38655
- Pay: $18.50/hr - Weekly Pay!
- Training (6 Weeks): Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST/9am-6pm EST (Hybrid).

- Manage 25–30 calls/day resolving complex property tax and mortgage issues.
- Navigate up to 10 systems simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Maintain top-tier quality scores and schedule adherence.
- Experience: 1+ years in customer support.
- Skills: 35+ WPM typing speed and proficiency in MS Office.
- Setup: Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with high-speed internet.
