We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery services. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving! Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates
• Process order changes, cancellations, and service requests
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and tracking information

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Notes:
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays
• This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Background check will be completed
