We’re hiring a Mailroom Facilities Clerk to support our on-site team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring everything is sorted, processed, and delivered accurately while following detailed compliance guidelines. You’ll also use internal systems to research information, track data in spreadsheets, and match outgoing checks with the correct envelopes. If you enjoy detail-oriented work and want to be part of a growing financial technology environment, this could be a great fit. This is a temporary assignment expected to last about 12 months, with potential for extension. The role is fully on-site. Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Support daily mailroom operations, including opening, sorting, and distributing mail
Perform mail lookups and prepare outgoing envelopes
Assist with check processing and daily check runs
Research and provide check copies to internal teams
Help with document control tasks such as coding and scanning statements
Create air bills for special handling shipments
Follow compliance procedures with a high level of accuracy
Provide support for additional projects and team coverage as needed

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail
2–3 years of mailroom or related experience preferred
Ability to work on-site full-time
Flexibility to work occasional overtime
