Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Communication Mastery: Proficient in all phone and work request dispatch responsibilities; ability to provide coverage for CR1 roles on any shift.
- Safety & Surveillance: Monitor environmental alarms, including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV systems.
- Workflow Coordination: Assist with the workflow and daily assignments for patient transporters to ensure timely service.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in special projects that support the department’s growth and strategic goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Responsible for providing feedback to leadership regarding process improvements, efficiency increases, and performance maximization.
- Professional Conduct: Perform all duties in a competent, professional, and courteous manner, adapting to reassigned duties as required by management.
