In this role, you will maintain data dashboards, draft employee communications, and ensure audit readiness through meticulous recordkeeping. You’ll serve as a vital link between site leaders and HR to keep programs running on time and with high engagement.

Responsibilities
The Ethics & Compliance Program Operations Specialist provides critical operational and administrative execution for 30 hours per week, ensuring that all ethics initiatives run on time and are meticulously documented. Primary responsibilities include managing complex project timelines and workplans, collecting and validating data for monthly dashboards and quarterly reports, and serving as a key liaison between HR, site leaders, and LMS administrators. The role is heavily focused on the execution of 2026 strategic priorities, such as the New Code of Conduct launch, the Ethical Culture Survey, and the "Powered By Integrity" Awards, which involve drafting employee communications, tracking participation metrics, and managing event logistics. Additionally, the Specialist maintains audit-ready records in SharePoint, coordinates site visit planning across various locations—including Carrollton and The Battery—and produces the "Doing Right Insight" newsletter to drive organizational engagement and transparency.
