Responsibilities
- Developing and leading a team of Dispatchers to ensure successful execution of daily
operations
- Monitor Dispatcher performance for driver measurements, safety/revenue/cost.
- Support Dispatcher on Driver management activities and customer communication.
- Ensure standardization across a 24/7 Dispatch office. Be willing to work with associates
on off shifts, if necessary.
-Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work with little
direct supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have an energetic and positive personality capable of working and adapting to
changes.
- Team player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment.
Will supprt a team of 7 employees, must have leadership expereince and dispatch/trucking knowledge.
