Responsibilities

• Carefully prepare physical files for high-volume scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and bindings.
•  Utilize taping and repair techniques to ensure older or damaged documents are feed-ready for scanning equipment.
• Audit files against specific prep protocols to ensure every document meets strict quality and organization standards.
• Organize and stage prepared materials in a mailroom/office setting to maintain a steady production flow
