In this position, you do much more than manage phone lines. You serve as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance systems. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake interviews with claimants to ensure all data points are captured accurately within internal tracking systems
• Act as a central point of communication for medical offices, pharmacy staff, and individuals regarding specialized claim statuses
• Partner with pharmacies to investigate and resolve barriers to medication access, specifically regarding complex rejected claims
• Direct high-priority pharmaceutical inquiries to the appropriate internal departments to ensure rapid resolution
• Maintain an uncompromising level of accuracy when documenting sensitive worker-related insurance information
