Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Screening
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles within the property management and corporate sectors.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through diverse channels to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews to evaluate cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Oversee pre-employment contingencies, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Standardize and execute a seamless onboarding process to ensure high retention and engagement.
- Conduct new hire orientations and serve as the primary point of contact for all first-week inquiries.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement (401k) plans.
- Act as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve complex claims or coverage issues.
- Assist with annual open enrollment and the communication of total rewards packages.
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Handle employee relations issues with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready electronic personnel files.
