This Accounting Manager position is an integral part of our Client's corporate accounting and human resource management departments. salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

This position is an integral part of our corporate accounting and human resource management
departments. The candidate will be a key business partner of the chief financial officer. Success in
the position will reflect the candidate’s ability to manage job duties, collaborate with staff, and
perform tasks in a time efficient manner to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
 Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end close.
 Process weekly payroll and quarterly/year-end payroll returns.
 Reconcile ledger account balances on a monthly basis.
 Compose general journal entries.
 Indirect supervision of the accounts payable clerk and human resources clerk.
 Ensure proper accounting procedures are being followed and make recommendations for
improvements to accounting processes.



Qualifications and Competencies
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
 Minimum of three years’ experience in public accounting or industry.
