As part of the Wealth Management Operations (WMO) team, you will join our Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy group—a specialized team dedicated to the responsible and effective integration of AI across  Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits. This isn't just about implementing technology; it’s about deep discovery. You will serve as the bridge between current operational workflows and future-state innovation, partnering with stakeholders to identify where AI and automation can revolutionize how we serve our clients and empower our employees.

salary: $35.39 - $35.4 per hour

Responsibilities

- Hands on experience using artificial intelligence tools, with a practical understanding of how they can be applied within operational workflows.
- strong process analysis skills, including the ability to break down complex workflows, roles, and decision points.
- Exceptional pattern recognition and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and inefficiencies.
