- Aerospace Logistics: Coordinate outbound domestic and international shipments of flight hardware and components.
- Carrier Systems: Expertly operate UPS WorldShip, including high-volume processing and address validation.
- Quality Documentation: Ensure all shipments include required Certificates of Conformance (CoC), FAA/EASA forms, and material trace documentation.
- Packaging Standards: Apply specialized aerospace packaging techniques (e.g., ESD-safe packaging, vacuum sealing, or custom crating) to prevent damage to sensitive instruments.
- Experience: 2+ years of shipping experience specifically within the Aerospace or Defense sectors.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in UPS WorldShip and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or JobBOSS).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR export controls.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints or pick-lists to verify part numbers and serial numbers with 100% accuracy.
