This role offers a dynamic 75/25 split, primarily focusing on essential HR Operations and administrative duties with a dedicated portion of your week focused on high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR operations queue and handle administrative tasks to support the department.
  
  
• Spend approximately 25 percent of your time recruiting for lower to mid-level volume positions.
  
  
• Pull detailed reporting from Workday and import data into Excel for analysis.
  
  
• Utilize Excel to create pivot charts and basic reports to track HR metrics.
  
  
• Assist with the onboarding process and general account maintenance within Workday.
  
  
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal managers and potential candidates.
