- Design data-informed recruiting strategies and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on market trends and talent recommendations.
- Build diverse, high-quality pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and competitive market analysis.
- Lead structured, skills-based evaluations and partner with interview teams to ensure fair, inclusive, and consistent hiring.
- Deliver a transparent, respectful experience for candidates while building collaborative ties across HR and the business.
- Apply critical thinking to manage competing priorities, maintain compliance, and mentor teammates.
