As an integral member of the Finance team, you will provide critical support to both the Accounts Payable and General Ledger departments. This role goes beyond simple data entry; you will manage end-to-end vendor relationships, oversee expense report compliance, and act as a key contributor to special projects and headquarters-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices by performing three-way matching (PO, shipping paperwork, and invoice).

Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policy and correct GL account coding.

Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, resolving billing discrepancies, reconciling statements, and managing bank registrations.

Audit & Special Projects: Support internal and external audits through detailed data analysis, research, and confirmation requests.

General Ledger Support: Assist the GL team with month-end accruals and various miscellaneous accounting tasks to ensure a timely close.

Corporate Liaison: Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting requests directed from our global headquarters.
