Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Multilingual Communication: Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, transitioning seamlessly between English and Spanish.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Navigate customer inquiries regarding service schedules, billing, and product orders with efficiency and professionalism.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Input and update client profiles in our CRM with a high degree of accuracy to ensure no detail is missed.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to provide real-time updates to our customers.
  
  
• Professionalism: Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor during peak hours and high-call volume periods.
  
  

Requirements

• Language: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.
  
  
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or professional office environment.
  
  
• Tech Savvy: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and quick, accurate data entry skills.
  
  
• Work Ethic: A reliable, "team-first" attitude with a proven track record of punctuality.
  
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written etiquette and the ability to de-escalate complex customer situations.
