As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the organization. You won’t just be answering phones—you’ll be a trusted advisor helping our community find the right gear and keep it in peak performing condition. You will act as the vital link between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring every interaction reinforces our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose product performance issues and provide expert guidance to ensure customers get the most out of their gear.
  
  
• Strategic Communication: Manage diverse communication channels—including social media, live chat, email, and phone—to deliver timely and professional resolutions.
  
  
• Sales & Consultation: Guide users through the catalog to help them select the ideal optics and accessories for their specific outdoor needs.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-back lifecycle of orders, including the processing of warranty claims, product repairs, and returns.
  
  
• Data Integrity: Utilize CRM tools to document interactions accurately and monitor feedback trends to help improve overall brand performance.
  
  
• Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with internal departments and provide dedicated support to our network of dealers and distributors.
