Position: Client Relationship Associate
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Pay: $23.00/hour

In this role, you will be the face of our firm, providing world-class support to our clients and helping them navigate their financial journeys with confidence.

- Onsite (Malvern, PA): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Work From Home: Monday and Friday.
- Weekend work may be required.
- Initial Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Local Time).
- Note: We maintain a strict attendance policy during the training period to ensure your success.
- Post-Training Hours: You will transition to a permanent shift, typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, assisting with account changes, technical online guidance, and general questions.
- Handle sensitive account tasks, such as processing notifications regarding a client’s passing and placing necessary restrictions to secure decedent assets and information.
- Utilize your knowledge of various account types (IRAs, Individual, and Trust accounts) to explain basic rules and regulations to clients.
- The Communicator: You have a professional phone presence and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- The Learner: You are eager to master the regulations governing the investment industry.
- The Empathetic Professional: You can handle sensitive life events (like the loss of a loved one) with grace, patience, and accuracy.
