This Warehouse Customer Service role requires an expert communicator who can navigate high-volume email environments with professional poise and strategic organization. You will leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage complex formulas and accurate billing, while utilizing your deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems to handle everything from inbound orders to the intricacies of Bills of Lading (BOL). Beyond data entry, you will be the primary liaison building trust with customers through exceptional phone etiquette and the proactive management of daily operating reports. If you have a proven track record of maintaining meticulous records, coordinating logistics like box-to-pallet configurations, and keeping office operations running smoothly, you are the essential link our team needs to drive operational success.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Outlook and excel

• Proficient using Microsoft outlook. Must be able to promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via email, and phone ensuring timely resolution of issues

Daily responsibilities

• Processing orders, billing customers, printing labels, printing orders and updating daily operating reports.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers
• Know how to replace printer cartridges, and printer labels in printers

Qualifications

• Prior experience in responding to large volume of customer emails, data order entry, and customer billing using excel.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills required
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is important
• Previous experience working in a warehouse using WMS systems
