Responsibilities
- Proficient with software applications and EMR Systems
- Experience in healthcare and insurance verification is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with multitasking
- Patient scheduling and Intake
- Payments and Insurance Coordination
- Submit and Track timely insurance recertifications
- Scan and attach documentation such as medical records and Plans of Care
