Responsibilities
The Daily Mission - Must have experience working in the Solar Energy Sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex solar-related inquiries at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Billing departments to bridge communication gaps and resolve multifaceted issues.
- 2+ years of direct experience in the solar energy sector is required to navigate industry-specific inquiries.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the ability to handle a remote-based environment
- A record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as First Contact Resolution (FCR), CSAT scores, and handle times.
- Earn a generous hourly rate between $25.00 – $32.00/hr, depending on your depth of experience.

- Join a 6-month contract with potential for extensions based on performance and business needs.
- Both Monday–Friday and Wednesday–Sunday shifts available to support our 7-day operations.
