Responsibilities
As a Sample Analyst, you are the bridge between the product and the consumer. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Sample Management: Retrieving, logging, and tracking product samples in internal databases with high accuracy.
- Quality Support: Performing basic inspections and dissections of physical samples to ensure they meet standards.
- Consumer Connection: Following up directly with customers regarding product complaints to provide top-tier support.
- Documentation: Keeping everything organized by logging all findings and interactions into our systems.
