- Critical Situations: Handle sensitive employee relations issues with a calm, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Operational Support: Maintain impeccable digital and physical records; provide administrative backup and step up as the onsite HR lead when the Manager is out of the office. What You Bring to the Table
- Tech Mastery: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups and pivot tables are your friends but not a requirement). Experience with ADP is a major plus.
- Exceptional Communication: You can talk to anyone—from the warehouse floor to the corporate office—with empathy and professionalism.
- Initiative & Pride: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and fill it. You take pride in the accuracy of your work and the quality of your service.
- Adaptability: You understand the "grit" of a manufacturing/logistics environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
