- Financial Data Entry: Input payoff balances and payment histories into the claims database (AS400/Internal Systems) with 100% accuracy.
- Queue Management: Maintain a high-volume pending queue, updating notes daily to reflect the current status of the claim.
- Communication: Serve as a professional liaison between JM Family, dealerships, and contract holders regarding missing information.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read financial ledgers and identify "non-covered" items (late fees, service contracts).
- Efficiency: High-speed data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Claims Department by managing the high-volume administrative workflow of GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) claims. You will act as the primary "intake" specialist, ensuring all financial and insurance documentation is present for Adjusters to finalize settlements.
