The Role This position is the heartbeat of our sales operations. You will be responsible for creating an impeccable first impression, managing the flow of our sales showroom, and providing critical support to our high-performing Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elite Guest Management: Greet visitors with warmth and "impeccable" professionalism. You’ll manage the "Up System" rotation to ensure walk-in leads are distributed fairly to Sales Associates.
- Luxury Presentation: Maintain the sales arena, conference rooms, and model home entries to ensure they are "show-ready" at all times (lighting, music, and marketing materials).
- Sales Pipeline Support: Capture accurate guest data on registration forms and enter leads into the CRM (Salesforce/MarkSystems). Prepare sales brochures, floor plan packets, and contract folders.
- Communication Hub: Professionally screen and direct a high volume of calls to the construction, sales, and management teams.
- Sunday Ownership: Lead the Sales Center during our peak weekend hours, ensuring all traffic is logged and the facility is perfectly managed.
- Schedule: * Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Professionalism: Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Salesforce or construction ERPs is a major plus.

- Annual Salary: $41,500 – $54,500 (based on experience and built-in overtime).

Responsibilities
- Guest Experience & Concierge: Act as the face of the community, greeting prospective homebuyers and Realtors with "impeccable" professionalism. You are responsible for the "showroom" feel—ensuring the Sales Center and models are perfectly staged, lit, and stocked.
- Lead Management (CRM): Capture guest data with 100% accuracy and enter it into the construction CRM (e.g., Salesforce). In this industry, lead data is gold; you'll manage the "Up" system to ensure agents receive prospects fairly.
- Sales Support: Assemble marketing packets, floor plan brochures, and contract folders. You’ll assist Sales Associates by managing the front desk while they are out on-site at "dirt starts" or frame-walks.
- Operational Liaison: Coordinate between the sales team, the construction office, and the Club. You will handle high-volume calls, screen vendors, and manage incoming earnest money deposits (checks).
- Sunday Ownership: Independently manage the Sales Center during the Sunday shift (12–6), handling the peak weekend traffic and ensuring all weekend leads are logged for Monday morning follow-up.
