- Adjust schedules in real-time based on equipment availability and shipping deadlines.
- 3–5 years of experience in process-based manufacturing or industrial logistics.
- Proficiency in manufacturing scheduling software and digital record-keeping.
- Proven ability to stand/walk for long shifts in a dusty, high-noise industrial setting.
- Valid Driver’s License and high school diploma (or equivalent).
