- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using ATS’s throughout recruiting lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated learning agility and experience implementing talent acquisition functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR Certifications.
- Workday experience.
- Familiarity with emerging recruiting trends and sourcing strategies.
- Proven success in partnering with business leaders on talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborates with hiring managers and HR leaders to align on role requirements and develop “ideal candidate” profiles.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Generates robust and diverse candidate pools for open requisitions, engaging in aggressive, creative, and productive data-backed sourcing activities.
- Candidate Evaluation: Reviews resumes to determine the fit of a candidate’s skills, experience, and knowledge; pre-screens candidates and presents synopses/recommendations to hiring managers for role and culture fit.
- Process Management: Actively updates applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure status changes are tracked throughout the process.
- Optimization: Continuously identifies creative ways to increase efficiencies, contain costs, and improve the recruiting process.
- Consulting: Guides hiring leaders throughout the interview and selection process to ensure a smooth engagement and an effective hire.
- Diversity & Branding: Participates in all diversity recruiting initiatives and acts as a brand ambassador to promote NAPA as the employer of choice.
- Community Engagement: Identifies new channels and talent pools within NAPA and the community.
