Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Collect, verify, and enter vendor invoices; schedule and manage timely outgoing payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Process customer payments, monitor aging reports, and conduct professional collections follow-ups.
- Order Management: Handle order entry with precision, ensuring customer requirements are documented and tracked through the fulfillment cycle.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate general ledger entries and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Reporting: Utilize Excel to create daily or weekly snapshots of cash flow and order status for management review.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is required. You should be comfortable navigating complex reporting and multi-module entries.
- Technical Skills: strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and formatting) are essential for data management.
