Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business lines, including Investments, Distribution, and Corporate Functions. This individual will be responsible for direct sourcing, candidate pipeline development, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
The ideal candidate is highly business-minded, resourceful, and passionate about recruiting. They will have demonstrated success building diverse talent pipelines, influencing hiring managers, and operating effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within corporate recruiting environments.
- Prior recruiting experience within Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Financial Services strongly preferred.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and other creative recruiting channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Track record of designing and implementing recruiting processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience supporting diversity hiring initiatives and developing inclusive candidate pipelines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Investments, Distribution, and Corporate Functions to deliver end-to-end recruiting support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies with an emphasis on diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Posting job openings
- Direct sourcing and candidate outreach
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Leading recruiting update discussions with stakeholders
- Coordinating interviews and scheduling logistics
- Managing offer creation and negotiations
- Supporting onboarding activities through start date
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with high-priority and passive candidates to support future hiring needs.
- Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit using sound judgment and interviewing best practices.
- Partner closely with recruiting coordinators, HR, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.
- Support enterprise diversity initiatives and internal mobility efforts.
- Draft offer letters and manage new hire onboarding coordination, including internal requests related to payroll, technology, and HR processing.
