We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Temporary Human Resources Generalist to support a fast-paced, high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about supporting employees and operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous HR experience required, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience in high-volume environments preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Supporting employee relations and HR compliance
- Maintaining employee files and HR documentation
- Assisting with attendance tracking and reporting
- Supporting investigations, corrective actions, and policy enforcement
- Working closely with leadership in a high-volume production environment
- Helping coordinate staffing needs and employee communication
