The Role:
This position is perfect for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for staffing logistics, ensuring that all locations are fully covered and compliant with safety regulations.
Seasonal Schedule & Overtime:
This role follows a "Seasonal Rhythm" and is ideal for someone looking to maximize earnings with significant overtime during the summer months:
- Feb – March: Part-time transitioning to Full-time (Mon–Fri).
- April – May: Full-time plus weekends as the season kicks off.
- June – August (Peak Season): High-intensity schedule (6–7 days per week) with heavy overtime opportunities.
- Sept – Oct: Tapering back to 5 days, then part-time.
- Nov – Jan: Light workload/On-call (Mainly prep and recruiting for the following year).

Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Create, update, and maintain staff schedules across multiple locations.
- Staff Coordination: Track availability, manage time-off requests, and handle shift changes or last-minute call-outs.
- Compliance: Ensure all shifts meet required certifications, staffing ratios, and safety requirements.
- Communication: Act as the hub for staff and supervisors regarding coverage needs and emergency changes.
