- Learn to Run High-Tech Robots You will start with 1 month of classroom training. You will learn exactly how the robot systems work. You will become an expert at supporting the "robotic highway" that moves our products.
- Fix Technical Problems When a machine stops working, you are the one who finds the problem. You will use your brain and your tools to fix the hardware. Your goal is to get the machines moving again as fast as possible.
- Build Your Technical Skills You will work with advanced engineering guides to keep the factory running well. As you learn more, you will find ways to make the robots work even better. This is a great way to start a long-term career in technology.
- Hands-on Repair: You are skilled with tools and can fix mechanical problems quickly and accurately.
- Computer Literacy: You are a fast, accurate typer and can easily use Excel to log data.
- Strict Process: You follow written instructions (SOPs) exactly every time without skipping steps.
Assessment Sections:
- Basic Math: Calculator use is permitted.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM required.
- Excel Proficiency: Data manipulation and formula testing.
- Critical Thinking: Logical problem solving.
- Virtual Interview: Recorded responses to background and situational questions.

Responsibilities
- Keep the Robots Running You will look after a large system of automated robots. You will help set them up, test them, and make sure they are moving correctly through the factory.
- Fix Technical Problems When a machine stops working, you will find out why and fix it. You will use your hands and your brain to repair high-tech equipment so the factory can keep making chips.
- Learn High-Tech Skills You will go through 6 months of special training. You will learn how to follow "cleanroom" rules and use advanced engineering steps to make sure every part is built perfectly.
