We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team!  This role is essential for maintaining an organized environment and ensuring that tasks are handled with accuracy and care. salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Communication: Answer multi-line phones and retrieve/return voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
  
  
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot basic customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating technical problems to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  
  
• Financials: Securely process and collect customer payments over the phone.
  
  
• Prioritization: Manage daily office duties with a proactive mindset, identifying what needs to be done before being asked.
  
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
