Candidate Requirements
- Professional Experience: Proven track record with 3–5 years of project management specifically within the construction industry.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Mastery of construction, engineering, and architectural principles , with the ability to fluently interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Project Controls: Expert skill set in budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Strategic Leadership: ability to manage diverse teams, delegate tasks, and navigate complex business or site-specific challenges.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills ; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Operational Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and general industry software.
- Physical Readiness: Capability to stand for long durations and move up to 20 lbs occasionally as needed for site oversight.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion, handling both administrative duties and hands-on site management. Your core responsibilities include:
- Planning & Scheduling: Build and maintain detailed project schedules. Plan construction operations, delegate tasks, and communicate deadlines to all parties to ensure they are met.
- Budgeting & Finance: Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts to ensure the project remains viable.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from authorities. Ensure constant compliance with building codes and evaluate risks by examining plans and site conditions.
- Resource Coordination: Determine and allocate the equipment, materials, and manpower needed for each job. Order supplies according to the schedule and track inventory and tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary link between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Cross-collaborate with external vendors regarding contract agreements.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of the job status.
- Problem Solving: Address unexpected workplace challenges, environmental issues, or local community concerns that arise during a project.
- Professionalism: Conduct all business in an ethical manner while abiding by company policies and departmental best practices.
