CareTria is seeking a Pharmacist Supervisor to lead our pharmacy team in a high-impact environment. This role requires you to serve as both a leader and a staff pharmacist. You will monitor team activity, manage fulfillment workflow, and assist in the setup of new initiatives and program launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise and lead staff pharmacists while providing guidance to pharmacy technicians.
- Performance: Implement accuracy and productivity measurements to ensure staff meet established standards.
- Operations: Work alongside the PIC to ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, Boards of Pharmacy, and industry best practices.
- Quality Control: Responsible for performing in-process inspections to ensure order accuracy on packing lines.
- Reporting: Accurately report on the consumption of resources including labor, materials, inventory, and postage.
- Safety: Maintain a safe production environment and ensure equipment is utilized with all safety devices in place.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with experience; PharmD or Master of Science is preferred.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted Indiana pharmacist license; must agree to obtain KY and FL licenses within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a specialty pharmacist.
- Expertise: Experience with Oncology, REMS, LDD programs, and specialty disease management.
- Skills: Proficiency in clinical interpretation of drug interactions and laboratory value monitoring.
- Physical: Ability to stand/sit for prolonged periods and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.

• Ensure adequate staff are available to meet the needs of patients and clients.

• Participate in training, daily monitoring, coaching, and communication with team members.
• Motivate and encourage contributors through positive communication and feedback.
• Maintain a safe distribution/production environment.
• Responsible for performing in-process inspections to ensure order accuracy on packing lines.
• Ensure equipment is utilized as intended by the manufacturer with all guards and safety devices in
place.
• Assist and provide guidance to staff for handling fulfillment and shipping order escalations.
• Provide administrative support to the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians related to the
department.
