We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a California-based Electric Vehicle (EV) incentive program. This dual-function role requires a unique blend of empathetic customer service and rigorous data auditing. You will be the primary point of contact for applicants navigating the incentive process while ensuring all backend documentation meets strict program standards.   This role will sit remote - however, local to saint Louis area is the preference  Must work  10am - 7pm CST

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls and emails regarding claim statuses, program guidelines, and eligibility.
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Manage escalation requests professionally, providing clear explanations when claims are denied and guiding users through the appeals process.
  
  
• Meticulous Auditing: Review EV incentive applications against a 10-point compliance checklist to ensure 100% accuracy before approval.
  
  
• Data Entry & Integrity: Update internal databases with precision, ensuring all applicant notes and document status changes are captured in real-time.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous background in Customer Service, Call Centers, or Claims Processing is highly preferred.
  
  
• Technical Accuracy: Proven ability to follow complex checklists and maintain high attention to detail in a data-entry capacity.
  
  
• Remote Proficiency: Must be self-motivated and disciplined in a 100% remote (WFH) environment.
  
  
• Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly between "Phone Mode" (client interaction) and "Focus Mode" (auditing/data entry).
