- 1–2 years of experience in a medical environment or related healthcare field.
- High School Diploma or GED.Pproficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data documentation skills.
- Exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a deadline-driven, remote setting.

Responsibilities
- Our goal as a team is to screen at minimum 50% of our new members within the 1st 10 business days of the month. We must provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- We are the first team to contact new members in the STAR Kids program and the only team that completes the initial health screening.
- Perform contractually required initial telephonic outreach calls to complete health screenings for all newly enrolled members preparing members for their in-home visits, identifying needed items/services, and ensuring members are scheduled timely. The team completes additional projects as needs are identified.
