Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and direct the daily workflows of the Client Service Specialists.
- Balance and monitor the team’s queue and project workloads to ensure all client inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and complaints.
- Use strategic problem-solving to resolve major disruptions regarding orders, delivery dates, or billing.
- Onboard and train new client service staff on company support policies, proprietary systems, and industry procedures.
- Identify gaps in current workflows and proactively author, document, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resolutions for common client service issues.
- Foster a transparent environment by collaborating closely with the transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Candidates must be willing to occasionally arrive early or stay late (with a footprint spanning 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to handle critical escalations, end-of-month surges, or to support shift crossovers.
