Key Responsibilities
- Source & Identify: Hunt for exceptional candidates using social networks, niche job boards, and creative sourcing channels.
- Screen & Assess: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate skills, culture fit, and motivation.
- Coordinate: Manage interview logistics and schedules between hiring managers and top candidates.
- Pipeline: Proactively build and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified talent for future business needs.
- Strategize: Partner with department managers to define required competencies and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
- Offer & Negotiate: Guide candidates through the final stages, negotiate employment terms, and extend job offers.
- Compliance & Data: Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining accurate recruitment metrics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related scientific industries.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations. Experience working within a regulated industry is a major plus!
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, a consultative approach with hiring managers, and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in a regulated industry may be beneficial, but not required
