• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing your final semester)2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles and general ledger activity.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
• Organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity

Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions, manage ledger activity, and process accounts payable and receivable across multiple entities.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, intercompany loans, owner contributions, and distributions.
• Assist the Controller with journal entries, monthly and year-end close procedures, and financial report generation.
• Maintain accurate financial records to support audit, tax preparation, and documentation for shared expenses or allocations.
• Support accounting process improvements, system upgrades, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
