Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and execution-focused North America People Services Specialist to deliver top-tier HR guidance and solutions to our People Leaders and Employees in Mexico. In this role, you will act as the foundational subject matter expert for HR shared services, balancing day-to-day tactical execution with a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ticket & Case Management: Triage incoming People Service Center tickets and emails. Research, resolve, or escalate inquiries in a timely, efficient manner while acting as a liaison with Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- End-to-End Onboarding: Own the pre-hire process for Mexico (including background checks and data tracking), handle all required document collection, and facilitate a best-in-class Day One orientation.
- HR Operations & Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and security of both physical and electronic employee records across various HR systems and tools.
- Full-Spectrum HR Support: Deliver hands-on support across onboarding, HR policies, total rewards, equity, benefits, and payroll questions.
- Process Compliance: Ensure HR processes and tools are applied consistently to align with global business goals and local labor standards.

• Deliver day-to-day hands-on work across the People Team spectrum including onboarding, HR policy, total rewards, HR systems questions, and cyclical People initiatives/programs
• Handle all aspects of the onboarding process, including the preparation and retrieval of necessary documents for new hires
• Work as a foundational subject matter expert in all areas of HR and other functions supported by shared services (i.e., payroll, equity, benefits, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining the data accuracy/integrity of various people systems and tools
• Ensure that HR processes, policies, and tools are applied consistently to contribute to business goals
• Analyze requests and escalate issues to various People Team workgroups when the service center is unable to resolve and serve as a liaison with People Team COE to ensure case resolution
• Create and maintain both physical and electronic employee records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate, and secure
